 o Reader: 300 NEWS tokens per person (up to 900 NEWS tokens)
 o Media: 10,000 NEWS tokens from 1 company (30,000 NEWS tokens in total)
 o Reporter: 3,000 NEWS tokens per person (compensation per article)
